Signature Upon Delivery
It is ultimately up to FEDEX whether they accept a signature upon delivery. We will on occassion require indirect
or direct signatures upon delivery. Make sure you leave instructions for FEDEX if you will not be home in case
your order has to be signed for.

Credit Card Payments
Some debit cards do not work in our system. If your bank does not offer AVS verification with your card even if
it has Visa or MasterCard Logo, we can not process it.
There will be a $25.00 charge on all credit card disputes.

Checks by Mail
There is a $25.00 fee on all returned or cancelled checks for any reason.
When you send in a check we will hold your order until the check clears our bank. This takes normally 7-10 business
days. So please allow for the time frame. If you pay by credit card your order will ship 24-72 hours.
If your check bounces, comes back NSF, or is cancelled by you:
1-you will be charged a $25.00 fee
2-will be responsible for any attorney or collection fees we encounter while trying to collect the debt.

Backorders
Haga's Party Options will backorder products not currently available for shipment, at our discretion. If you would
rather cancel the backorder there is no problem, we will do that at no penelty to you. We will attempt to notify
you at least one time by phone or email.
Items from this site are not inventory items, unless we have alot of overstock. Therefore nothing will show up
on Backorder. If something shows up on backorder, the item is probably no longer available for sale.

Cancellation of orders
If you cancel an order, Haga's Party Options has your permission to charge your account a $5.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellation of Special orders
If a product is specially ordered and cancelled. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs! And a 50%
restocking fee.

Refunds
All orders are charged at the time of purchase. Orders from this website are subject to a 50% restocking Fee upon
return.

Call Tags
If there is a problem with your product[s] and Haga's Party Options sends a call tag for the product. You must
supply our carrier with the package when they come to pick it up. If you do not, you will be charged another shipping
fee for the call tag.

Returns
We now offer a NO HASSLE RETURNS. Print out this form and follow the directions.
We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee, for any unopened packages that are returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. You
can also call our customer service at 1-800-260-1566 for a Return Authorization Number.
Items that are not eligible for Returns are:
Holiday Items, Pinatas, Opened packages, Cutouts that are not prepackages, Catering items such as serving trays,
bowls, serving utensils unless they are prepackaged in sealed packs, Costumes, hats, head boppers, stadium cups,
bandanas.
Holiday Items include:
New Year Party Supplies, Valentine Party Supplies, Saint Patricks Day Party Supplies, Easter Party Supplies, Halloween
Party Supplies, Thanksgiving Party Supplies, Christmas Party Supplies.
By Holiday we mean if it says The Holiday Example....Happy New Year, Happy Saint Patricks Day, Merry Christmas.
Also everyone knows that Santa Claus is Christmas, Leprechauns are Saint Patricks Day, Turkeys are for Thanksgiving,
Bats, Ghosts, Witches, Frankenstein etc are Halloween.

Risk of Loss
Once the product leaves our warehouse and is in the carriers hand, it is up to the carrier to meet the arrival
date. Therefore once the merchandise has been shipped and the carrier has stated a specific arrival date to us,
but fails to meet this condition, it is not our fault.

Claims, Limitations of Liability
Seller's liability, if any, shall be limited to either replacement of the merchandise or the return of purchase
price paid, at Seller's option. In no event shall Seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Buyer
shall not deduct from the price the amount of any claim. Seller makes no warranty as to the scan ability of the
Universal Product Code symbol

Excuses for NON-Performance
Seller shall be excused from any delay in performance here under due to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, fires,
floods, accidents, order of any court, strikes, shortage of labor or materials or any causes beyond the reasonable
control of Seller.

Address Corrections
Make sure you put the correct shipping address on the order including building numbers, apartment numbers, suite
numbers, or departments for delivery. There will be a $5.00 charge for address corrections.

FEDEX picks up between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM Central Time
Since FEDEX picks up so early in our area, we do send out RUSH Processed orders first then continue as normal.
Because of this we are not able to ship out Overnight orders the same day we receive them. Overnight orders will
be shipped out the next business day.
