Refunds. All orders are charged at the time of purchase. If something is on backorder, and
you are do a refund. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks, for your credit
card company to apply these credits. When refunds are process back to your credit card, you are sent an email that
will show a refund processed.
Returns
We now offer a NO HASSLE RETURN. Print out this form and follow the directions. We
offer a 30 day, money back guarantee, for any unopened packages that are returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you placed a special order there is a 50% restocking fee. Return
shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. You can also call our customer service at 1-800-260-1566
for a Return Authorization Number.
Items that are not eligible for Returns are:
Holiday Items, Pinatas, Opened packages, Cutouts that are not prepackages, Catering items such as serving trays,
bowls, serving utensils unless they are prepackaged in sealed packs, Costumes, hats, head boppers, stadium cups,
bandanas.
Holiday Items include:
New Year Party Supplies, Valentine Party Supplies, Saint Patricks Day Party Supplies, Easter Party Supplies, Halloween
Party Supplies, Thanksgiving Party Supplies, Christmas Party Supplies.
By Holiday we mean if it says The Holiday Example....Happy New Year, Happy Saint Patricks Day, Merry Christmas.
Also everyone knows that Santa Claus is Christmas, Leprechauns are Saint Patricks Day, Turkeys are for Thanksgiving,
Bats, Ghosts, Witches, Frankenstein etc are Halloween.
