RETURN INFORMATION
Please follow these steps to make a return:
1. Complete this form and enclose it with your package.
2. Package up the items you are returning complete with packing paper and cushing if required..
3. Ship the package back to the address below. We do recommend you send back the package with a carrier that will
provide you with a tracking number which are FEDEX, UPS, or USPS with delivery confirmation.
By sending in for a Refund please remember:
1. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. If you paid the $10.00 Rush Process it is not refundable either. 20% Restocking
fee may apply. 50% Restocking fee if it was a special order.
2. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
3. If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to 2 months for your credit to appear on your statement.
4. Please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt to ensure proper credit.
5. Merchandise must be in original packaging. Those items that are not eligible for refund that are returned will
be dontated to a not for profit organization. What is not eligable for Refunds?
